NDUJA DI SPILINGAThe nduja has a soft texture and a particularly spicy taste. It is prepared with fatty
pork parts, to which we add Calabrese chili pepper, and, at the end, it is smoked.
You can eat it spreading it on some toasted bread, better if still warm.
